DORE OFFICIAL offers FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan on all online orders of PKR 3,000 or above. For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat delivery charge of PKR 250 will apply.

How to Place Your Order

  1. Online Order: Easily place your order through our website. Add your desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Order by Phone: If you need assistance with your order, you can contact DORE OFFICIAL Customer Support at 03196839824.
  3. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you may be contacted to reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your order details/reference number.
  4. Dispatch & Delivery: Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched from DORE OFFICIAL, Lahore. Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
  5. Payment: For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier agent before opening the sealed package.
  6. Customer Support: If you have any concerns regarding your order upon delivery, please contact us at 03196839824 and provide your order/reference number so we can assist you.

Important Points to Keep in Mind

  • Free Shipping: Orders of PKR 3,000 or above qualify for free delivery across Pakistan.
  • Delivery Charges: Orders below PKR 3,000 will have a flat delivery charge of PKR 250.
  • Once the package has been opened, the courier agent will no longer accept returns.
  • DORE OFFICIAL follows a strict no-return policy. However, we offer a 7-day exchange policy only in case of a manufacturing fault.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all relevant documentation.
  • Any manufacturing fault must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • DORE OFFICIAL shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
