1. No-Return Policy

DORE OFFICIAL follows a strict no-return policy. Once an order has been delivered and the package has been opened, the product cannot be returned to the courier or to DORE OFFICIAL.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in the event of a manufacturing fault.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

3. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be due to a manufacturing fault.
• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product must be unworn and unused.
• All original tags, packaging, accessories, and relevant documentation must be included.
• The exchange is subject to inspection and approval by DORE OFFICIAL.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, wear and tear, alteration, or negligence are not eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault:

1. Contact DORE OFFICIAL at 03196839824 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order/reference number and details of the manufacturing issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. The product may need to be returned for inspection.
5. Once the product is received and the manufacturing fault is verified, an eligible replacement will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

DORE OFFICIAL does not offer refunds for delivered orders. In the case of an approved manufacturing fault, the available resolution will be an exchange/replacement, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at 03196839824 with your order/reference number. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the appropriate resolution.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are PKR 250 for orders below PKR 3,000. Orders of PKR 3,000 or above qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.
